The Entrepreneurial Women’s Conference (EWC) is a one-day conference designed to help build their business with a dynamic group of powerful information and connections.

Entrepreneurial Women’s Conference Event Calendar Highlights

The event has a full day of action packed events that cover everything from four business breakout sessions to an afterhour’s reception to the Woman’s Business Fair Midwest. Here are a few of our favorite events at the EWC.

Opening Night Reception– Highlights the annual awards winners at a banquet in their honor. This is held the night before at the Hyatt in the McCormick Center.

Women’s Business Fair Midwest– This is a great chance to learn what services are available for female business owners. With over 2,000 attendees and around 100 sponsor tables, this is a great way to connect with large and small businesses throughout Chicago.

Women’s Empowerment Lunch Features Keynote Speaker Judy Smith-Judy is a top crisis management expert who has worked with some of the top politicians and corporations of the modern era, including General Petraeus, President Clinton, Enron, Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr, NFL Quarterback Michael Vick, and numerous Fortune 500 companies. She also served as the senior vice president of corporate communications for NBC and Deputy Press Secretary to President George H.W. Bush. She is the inspiration for the hit show Scandal.

4 Breakout Sessions- The four breakout sessions cover The Insider’s Guide to Securing Contracts with Corporations and Government Agencies, Tips on Fueling Your Business Finances, Profiting and Protecting Your Business Online, and Getting and out of Business Right.

Ready Set, Grow! Pitch Contest- This event will host the winners of the contest for the best pitch, along with prizes for first and second place winner.

Whether you want tickets for the full conference ($300) or tickets to the opening night reception ($75) go to this link to get your tickets in advance of the conference starting on September 17th. Most of the sponsor spots are sold out, but attendees’ tickets are still available.
